Italy confirms its position as a world gastronomic power <\/strong> again in 2026, with one of the largest and most prestigious selections in the famous Michelin Guide. The latest official data reveal that, throughout the peninsula, there are 394 restaurants that hold at least one Michelin star <\/strong> in the Italy 2026 Guide: a number that includes establishments from innovative cuisine to the great classics of haute cuisine, scattered from north to south of the country and on the islands. <\/p>\n

Among these 394 venues, 15 boast the maximum recognition of three stars <\/strong>, a symbol of absolute excellence, while 38 restaurants have been awarded two stars <\/strong> and 341 one star <\/strong> Michelin, reflecting the extraordinary depth and variety of the Italian culinary offer. <\/p>\n
