Declared a protected property in <strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"696\"> 2011 <\/strong> , it was the subject of a <strong data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"752\"> integral restoration 2021\u00962025 <\/strong> led by <strong data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"783\"> Asti Architetti <\/strong> with <strong data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"797\"> Hines <\/strong> , which regenerated facades, systems and the pedestrian square, introducing new uses <strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"894\"> mixed-use <\/strong> (hospitality, catering, offices). It demonstrates that it is possible to <strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1229\"> graft <\/strong> high architecture into a historical context without camouflage, working on continuity, typologies and structure as <strong data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1364\"> urban language <\/strong>. The idea: a mixed tower (shops\/offices at the bottom, accommodation at the top) that <strong data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1895\"> cites <\/strong> the profile of the Lombard fortifications, without denying modernity. BBPR <strong data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2518\"> \u0093sew together\u0094 <\/strong> two volumes: a slimmer body and a wider top body (the houses).
