Here is the editorial team’s selection, stand by stand.

From 14 to 16 October 2026, Rimini once again becomes the meeting point for Italian hospitality. InOut | The Hospitality Community opens the exhibition halls with a theme that, for designers, sounds almost like a statement of intent: EXIST, placing human experience at the centre as a way of understanding the sector’s evolution. Hotels, resorts, spas, beach clubs and open-air accommodation are presented not as containers for products, but as places where people choose to spend time.

With more than 390 exhibitors in the catalogue, finding your way is not straightforward. The Archi&Interiors editorial team, a media partner of the event, has therefore selected the stands and installations that deserve a stop by architects, interior designers and hospitality designers. We have followed design themes rather than the fair’s product categories: the guestroom, bathroom and wellness, outdoor space and surfaces. Each company is accompanied by its stand number, so you can build your own route.

To explore the thinking behind this edition, we have already covered InOut 2026’s EXIST theme and how hospitality is reconnecting with the value of real experience.

Designer-led routes: the installations to see

Even before visiting the stands, InOut 2026 can be explored through its special areas. These are spaces where designers and architects turn the exhibition hall into a laboratory, and where companies’ products are tested within an actual design. For anyone approaching the fair with a designer’s eye, they are the essential starting point.

LET’S BE TOO.GETHER by Simone Micheli (hall B2)

Approximately 480 square metres recreate real hospitality and contract environments: a reception, a Talk Lounge, a Bar Lounge and a networking area. Simone Micheli, with his studio Architectural Hero, treats meeting and sharing as design material, and gives the Talk Lounge a programme of discussions about the future of hospitality architecture. The same space (stand B2/014-020) also features Giovannozzi Marmi, a company from Lazio with more than sixty years of working marble, onyx, travertine and fine stone, including ranges specifically for hotels and bathrooms. In our editorial team’s view, this is the ideal place to understand how material, light and technology can work together in a contract project.

Wellness Cafè 5.0 in the Hotel in Motion area (hall D3)

Curated by architect Anna Palucci, art director of W7.0 Wellnessettepuntozero, Wellness Cafè 5.0 takes wellbeing out of the spa and distributes it across the guest’s day, from breakfast to dinner, with a bar corner dedicated to longevity. The format is intended for hotels, but also offices, airports and shopping centres. Participating companies include CosmoTre, the Tuscan specialist in bespoke lamps and chandeliers for hotels, yachts and residences, Technogym, DecoratingArt, Pandi and Tecnografica. It is a tangible example of how wellness is becoming a service running across an organisation, rather than simply a department within a hotel.

Sustainable & Inclusive Hospitality Design (hall B1)

The exhibition starts with a simple, radical idea: there is no inclusivity without sustainability, and vice versa. The exhibition design is by interior designer Francesco Evangelista, AIPi’s Lombardy delegate, and architect Stefano Pediconi. The former presents SPA4All, a study for a wellness centre accessible to older people and those with motor, visual and cognitive disabilities; the latter presents One Room, a hotel guestroom designed to be inclusive and accessible to every guest. Jacuzzi Europe also exhibits along the route, with its hydromassage and spa solutions. We have explored the subject in depth in the article dedicated to Sustainable & Inclusive, the new exhibition at InOut 2026.

Vision Lab by EN Space network (hall B3)

Now in its fourth edition, Vision Lab is perhaps the feature closest to the language of architecture practices. This year’s theme, Body Interaction Luxury Suite, asks six studios to interpret a luxury suite in which every material becomes a tactile and sensory experience: Facchinetti&Partners with Prototipi, Giuseppe Tortato Architetti, MMA Projects, Nick Maltese Studio, Riva Simone Factory Design Studio and Westway Architects. Six different visions of the same brief, to be compared side by side.

The guestroom: sleeping, living and lighting

The guestroom remains the heart of the hotel experience and the place where bespoke design makes the difference. In this section we have brought together companies working on bed systems, contract furniture made in Italy and often underestimated elements such as acoustics.

Noctis (stand D3/208-302)

An upholstered-bed specialist from the Marche region, Noctis has built its identity around a product that takes centre stage in any hotel room. The Pergola-based company works on design, fabrics and mechanisms, holds a long series of patents and has extended the warranty across its entire range to five years. The fair offers an opportunity to see at close quarters how a designer bed can withstand the demands of use in an accommodation property.

So Pop, Noctis, in a bright setting. For hotel-room designers, it is a useful partner for considering sleep comfort as an integral part of the project rather than a specification item chosen at the end of construction. We have also published a guide to the best mattress brands.

Dorelan bedroom setting. An in-house design office, its own joinery workshop and entirely Italian production make it a single partner from concept to delivery. Look out for the hand-painted finishes of the Klassik range, with beeswax and gold and silver leaf.

An interior with bespoke furnishings by Chiavegato Contract. Bespoke furniture and accessories, furnishings for reception areas, restaurants and hotel rooms: this is the kind of craftsmanship many designers seek when a hotel needs to convey a specific identity and a connection to its region.

Floema Design Group (stand D3/510)

The Marche-based group addresses a subject that matters more in hotel design than is often realised: acoustic comfort. Acoustic doors, sound-absorbing panels, wall panelling and bespoke bedroom furniture are supported by a division dedicated to hospitality and commercial spaces. A company worth knowing for those working on urban hotels, where the quality of silence is part of the stay.

Suite at Miramar La Cigale Hotel, Arzon, with bespoke Floema Pro furniture. It is a useful stand for gaining, in one place, an overview of European collections designed for intensive use.

A Joenfa collection, one of the brands represented by Deluxe Dreaming Milano. Here we have selected companies working on guestroom bathrooms, spas and spaces for physical activity.

Novellini (stand B1/301)

Among the best-known names in Italian bathrooms, Novellini presents its shower, bathroom-furniture and wellness solutions in Rimini, alongside the Iotti brand. For contract projects, the interest is twofold: the range covers both guestroom bathrooms and wellness areas, with products also designed for accessibility.

Megius (stand B1/412-501)

For more than fifty years, Megius has produced shower enclosures and cabins with the aim of making design accessible. It shares its space at the fair with Albatros, and also brings saunas and steam baths. A reference for those who need to refurbish many hotel bathrooms while maintaining aesthetic consistency and controlling costs.

Geberit (stand B1/417-506)

A European leader in sanitary products, Geberit celebrated 150 years of history in 2024. Its offering combines installation systems and bathroom ceramics, and includes accessibility solutions: in hotels, a subject that is no longer merely a regulatory obligation to meet, but a design quality to enhance.

Acanto and Sigma70 flush plate, Geberit. The Abano Terme-based company works to measure, and it is precisely this ability to adapt to a project that makes it interesting to studios designing hotel spa areas.

A Stenal sauna for a wellness centre. In hotels, the gym has become a showcase space, which the company interprets by combining connected equipment, digital services and content. You will also find it within Wellness Cafè 5.0.

Fit Interiors (stand B1/204)

More than forty years of experience in fitness and wellness are applied to bespoke furniture for gyms, spas, pools, hotels and offices. Fit Interiors has collaborated with names such as Giugiaro Design, Italdesign and Simone Micheli, received the 2024 Red Dot Award for its Futura Wood range, and has held FSC certification since 2025. An interesting example of how even a changing room can become a design project.

Biodesign (stand B1/315-406)

Biodesign creates natural swimming pools with a beach effect, based on patented technology, and also presents the iconia brand at the fair. For resorts and open-air accommodation, the pool is no longer simply a basin, but a landscape: this is where Biodesign’s offering becomes interesting for landscape architects and designers.

Outdoors, pools and beaches

The outdoor area is the calling card of every hospitality property, something well understood on the Riviera. In this section we have chosen companies working on outdoor furniture, shade and fabrics, from poolside to beach club. For further reading, see our guide to outdoor design for hotels and restaurants.

Il Giardino di Legno (stand B3/207-302)

Founded in Turin in 2003, Il Giardino di Legno has become a recognisable high-end outdoor brand, with collections in teak, stainless steel and synthetic materials distributed in dozens of countries. It is one of the companies closest to residential designers’ tastes, making it particularly interesting when a hotel wants terraces and gardens with the comfort of a private home.

Il Giardino di Legno outdoor furniture at a beach club. Practically on home ground, the Ramberti stand offers a good reading of what today’s beach market asks for in terms of design and durability.

Ombrellificio Ciccarese (stand D7/067-071-115)

From Salento, where it was founded in 1996, Ciccarese designs umbrellas, sunloungers, daybeds and gazebos for beach clubs, pools, spas and hotels, exporting to more than fifteen countries. It also brings the A-plos brand to the fair. The company has built its image around some of southern Italy’s most photographed beach clubs, and is worth knowing for anyone designing high-end seaside spaces. It is one of those products capable of changing the perception of a space, and in a resort it immediately becomes an image.

MyYour (stand B3/410-505)

The Rolling Plast brand, founded in 2007 in the Padua area, produces polyethylene outdoor furniture, including illuminated pieces, designed by names such as Simone Micheli, Paolo De Lucchi, Brogliato Traverso and Moredesign. Seating, sofas, tables and planters with a contemporary language, suited to bars, lounges and terraces where furniture also needs to work as an element of light.

Tempotest Parà (stand D7/035-078)

For many designers, Tempotest is synonymous with outdoor fabric. The company from Sovico in Brianza develops textiles for awnings, outdoor furniture and interiors, with ongoing research into colour and resistance. At the fair, it is the right place to examine sample collections first-hand and discuss screening and comfort in open-air spaces.

An awning with Tempotest fabric. An offering to consider for beach clubs, parks and resorts seeking a particular atmosphere.

Surfaces, materials and technology

The final stop focuses on what gives spaces their form and makes them function: floors, wall coverings, profiles, building automation and structures. These are companies that designers often encounter in specifications, and that show hospitality-specific solutions at InOut.

Gruppo Romani (stand D3/304)

The Casalgrande ceramics group brings together brands such as Serenissima, Cir, Cercom and Cerasarda, covering a broad range from decorative ceramics to technical porcelain stoneware and solutions for interiors and exteriors. A natural partner for contract projects requiring continuity of materials between guestrooms, communal areas and outdoor spaces.

Profilpas (stand D3/502)

Profilpas celebrates fifty years in 2026. Founded in 1976 and now part of the Mapei Group, it develops technical and finishing profiles for floors and wall coverings in ceramic, marble, timber, laminate, LVT and carpet, as well as skirting boards, shower channels, illuminated profiles and systems for balconies and terraces. It is the kind of detail that distinguishes a well-resolved construction project from an approximate one.

Vimar (stand D3/209-303)

The Marostica-based company brings building automation and guestroom management systems to Rimini, with wiring-accessory ranges recognised for their design, such as Plana. Its recent agreement with the Marriott Group for the EMEA region confirms how much guestroom technology has become part of a hotel’s identity. For designers, it is an opportunity to understand how to integrate control, lighting and interfaces without sacrificing aesthetic quality.

Tegolaia (stand B3/104-204)

Founded in 1959 on a family brickmaking tradition dating back to the nineteenth century, Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia is known for Betonella interlocking paving blocks and concrete roof tiles. Permeable paving is an increasingly central subject in resorts and outdoor accommodation, where stormwater management has become part of landscape design.

Outdoor paving by Tegolaia. For anyone considering new accommodation, extensions or glamping units, it offers a reference for timber construction with industrial production times and quality.

The programme: meetings to put in the diary

Beyond the stands, InOut offers more than two hundred events, including talks, panels and case studies, organised together with TTG Travel Experience. For those involved in design, we particularly highlight two meetings on 14 October in the InOut Arena in hall D3: a morning discussion on Interior Design For All as an opportunity for contemporary hospitality, beyond accessibility alone, followed by a session on the synergy between art and interior design as a way to improve hotel revenues. The Beach Arena, in halls B7 and D7, is dedicated to seaside-space design and open-air environments. The complete programme can be consulted on the official InOut website.

The fair is also surrounded by the award dedicated to hospitality design, whose launch we have covered: ADI InOut Hospitality Design Award, the third edition.

How to organise your visit

The editorial team’s advice is to devote the first morning to the special areas, which set the tone for the entire event, then move through the halls: B1 for bathrooms and wellness; D3 for guestrooms, materials and the InOut Arena; B3 and halls B7 and D7 for outdoor and beach spaces. Booking appointments in advance with the companies that interest you most allows you to turn the visit into a genuine opportunity for professional development. The Archi&Interiors editorial team will be at the fair for all three days, with interviews, videos and photographic reports from the stands.

Frequently asked questions about InOut 2026

When and where does InOut 2026 take place?

InOut | The Hospitality Community takes place in Rimini from 14 to 16 October 2026, alongside TTG Travel Experience.

What is the theme of InOut 2026?

The edition’s theme is EXIST, placing human experience at the centre as a key to interpreting the evolution of hospitality and tourism.

Which design installations should you see?

Among the special areas, we highlight LET’S BE TOO.GETHER by Simone Micheli in hall B2, Wellness Cafè 5.0 curated by Anna Palucci in hall D3, the Sustainable & Inclusive Hospitality Design exhibition in hall B1, and Vision Lab by EN Space network in hall B3.

Is InOut a suitable fair for architects and interior designers?

Yes.
