With long experience in institutional communication and creative training, Fabrizia Capriati joins NAD – Nuova Accademia del Design as Chief Communication Officer, accompanying the Academy in a new phase of growth and structuring.

Milan, January 2026 – NAD – Nuova Accademia del Design announces the appointment of Fabrizia Capriati as Chief Communication Officer . His entry is part of a phase of growth and institutional consolidation of the Academy, committed to strengthening governance, developing the training offer and positioning it in the national and European panorama of design training.

With long experience in institutional communication and creative training, Capriati assumes responsibility for the definition and development of NAD’s communication and marketing strategies, with the aim of making the identity of the Academy increasingly legible and coherent, enhancing the educational project, the quality of the training courses and the dialogue with students, businesses and institutional stakeholders.

«Communication, today, is not only a tool of visibility, but a factor of credibility and institutional responsibility», states Fabrizia Capriati . «In a training reality like NAD it is essential to build a coherent and transparent story, capable of making clear the link between vision, teaching and professional impact. Communication must accompany growth processes, clarify choices and contribute to building trust over time.”

In his new role, Capriati will work closely with the teaching management and governance of the Academy, helping to integrate communication, teaching and institutional positioning into a single coherent system. «Communication cannot be limited to promotion», he adds, «but must make contents, processes and results legible, building a solid and transparent relationship with students, families, businesses and institutions».

An approach also shared by the teaching management. «The entry of Fabrizia Capriati represents an important step for NAD», declares Gianpietro Sacchi , Director of Education of the Academy. «His experience will contribute to strengthening the coherence between the training project and the way in which it is told externally, enhancing the quality of teaching, the methodological rigor and the increasingly structured relationship with the professional world».

Founded in 2012 , NAD – Nuova Accademia del Design operates in the field of design training with a project-oriented and professionalization model. Over the years, the Academy has progressively expanded its training offering, developing courses that integrate applied teaching, technical skills and attention to the evolution of the professional market.
