Light beyond Euroluce: Tonelli Design presents the new and intriguing lamps designed by Studio14 and Karim Rashid

The sculptural and scenographic Cathedral, the cosmopolitan Rook and the iconic Hyperion, the innovations in lighting design from the Italian brand captivate from the first glance.

Milan, May 2025 – Meeting between materials, technological research and boundless creativity in the name of light. After the preview at the Milan Design Week, Tonelli Design , an iconic glass brand but not only , unleashes the creative flair of designers such as Studio14 and Karim Rashid to rewrite the lighting concept with collections that strike at the heart.

  • Cathedral , the sculptural suspension lamp designed by Studio 14

Never could a name be more fitting to define the essence of this innovation.

“With its majestic and refined structure – confirm Diego Bassetti and Andrea Panzieri of Studio 14 – Cathedral evokes the grandeur of a cathedral, where every detail is designed to reflect the light in an enchanting play of transparencies and shadows.”

Each module is made with metal and glass slats which, arranged geometrically, create a dynamic, almost sculptural visual effect. Furthermore, the slats, finished with precision to guarantee a solid but at the same time light structure, and the glass which diffuses the light softly, make the environment warm and welcoming. Therefore, the contrast between the solidity of the metal and the transparency of the glass gives the Chandelier a sophisticated character, ideal for modern and classy environments. In fact, the light, passing through the glass and on the metal surfaces, creates plays of reflections that enrich the atmosphere, becoming a real design focal point.

  • Rook , the lamp that aspires to the sky by Karim Rashid

Signed by the eclectic designer Karim Rashid, the Rook lamp stands out for its balance between shape and color. The mouth-blowing glass technique gives the lamp an artisanal charm and a unique imperfection that tells the story of each piece. Furthermore, the diffusion of light through the shiny and opaque colored glass creates a lively and pleasant atmosphere.
