InOut | The Hospitality Community: the event dedicated to the future of hospitality

InOut | The Hospitality Community is the Italian event dedicated to the hospitality supply chain, with a focus on design, furniture, technology, equipment, wellness, outdoor solutions and services for the accommodation industry.

Organised by Italian Exhibition Group, InOut returns from 14 to 16 October 2026 at the Rimini Expo Centre, running alongside TTG Travel Experience, a key reference point for organised tourism, distribution, tourism boards, tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, transport companies and accommodation facilities.

This simultaneous format gives the event a particularly strategic role within the trade fair landscape: InOut and TTG bring together tourism supply and demand in the same place and on the same dates, creating an integrated marketplace where designers, companies, hospitality operators and travel professionals can meet and connect.

The 2026 theme: Exist

The theme chosen for the 2026 edition is Exist, a concept that invites the tourism and hospitality sector to rethink the value of time, experience and authenticity.

After the journey launched with Awake To a New Era, dedicated to raising awareness of the profound changes transforming global tourism, Exist marks the next step: the transition from awareness to concrete action.

The theme highlights the need to become active protagonists of the present, designing experiences that restore attention, depth and real value to travel. Not simply places to visit, therefore, but opportunities for reconnection, relationship and discovery.

The role of InOut in the hospitality sector

InOut positions itself as a meeting platform for all the players who contribute to shaping hospitality spaces: companies, architects, designers, hoteliers, wellness operators, outdoor professionals and contract specialists.

The event creates a direct dialogue between those who design environments, services and solutions for hospitality and those who intercept and develop tourism demand. The offer of InOut | The Hospitality Community is organised into six exhibition clusters dedicated to the indoor and outdoor world of hospitality: supplies, technologies and services, furniture, wellness and sport, camping and glamping and beach hospitality.

This structure allows the event to represent the entire hospitality supply chain, from interior solutions to outdoor equipment, from management technologies to services for accommodation facilities, through to new models of open-air holidays.

Particular attention is also given to the integration of sport and wellness, now considered an important driver in the design of multifunctional spaces within hotels, resorts, campsites, holiday villages and hospitality facilities.

Exhibitions, meetings and professional updates

Alongside the exhibition area, InOut offers a programme of exhibitions, events, conferences and in-depth sessions dedicated to the new directions of hospitality.

The initiatives are also developed in collaboration with leading trade associations in the sector, including Federalberghi and FAITA, with the aim of offering professionals a concrete opportunity for training, networking and discussion.

Architects, designers, hoteliers, wellness operators, companies and hospitality professionals will find a setting designed to observe the market, identify new opportunities and interpret the transformations of the sector with greater awareness.

InOut | The Hospitality Community is an international trade fair organised by Italian Exhibition Group, held annually and reserved exclusively for professional operators.

The 2026 edition marks the 4th edition of InOut, the evolution of the former SIA Hospitality Design, SUN Beach&Outdoor Style, Superfaces and Greenscape formats, now brought together under a single brand dedicated to hospitality.
