Riccardo Rivoli is an Italian brand dedicated to the design and production of seating and furnishing accessories, with a design approach created to engage with architecture and integrate into spaces with balance and restraint.
Every product is shaped by a careful balance of proportion, comfort and attention to detail. Elegance is not decoration, but harmony: an object should be recognisable without dominating the space, while remaining coherent over time.
The collections are developed with particular attention to construction quality, durability and design consistency, with a natural focus on high-end contract projects and refined residential interiors.
Riccardo Rivoli works with architecture and interior design studios in Italy and abroad, building solid relationships based on reliability, clarity and design coherence.
The iconic collections and products
From this vision, the identity of Riccardo Rivoli takes shape through a selection of collections and iconic pieces designed to express this idea of balance, comfort and detail in a tangible way.
- Riccardo Rivoli Collection: the main line, developed for design-led projects and quality contract interiors.
NIU is the iconic product of the collection: a family of seats designed to combine comfort, proportion and a discreet presence within the space. Its variants and different base options allow NIU to adapt to both contract and residential settings, while maintaining a consistent design language. - L’Abbate Collection: a complementary proposal rooted in the culture of Italian living.
Livia is the iconic product of this collection. Designed by Gio Ponti, it was originally created in 1937 to furnish the Faculty of Humanities “Livianum” at the University of Padua. The essential nature of its form is enriched by refined details, creating a timeless elegance; the lacquered finishes and wood-stained version further enhance its versatility. Livio completes the collection as the coordinated stool.
